120 (180)cm, Stavesacre is an annual to biannual species with a tall , upright inflorescence densely covered with smooth, short hairs and numerous rich blue to pale lilac-blue flowers above elegant, hand-shaped leaves. It is native of open spots in the South of Europe. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Will readily self-sow under appropriate conditions. This species has very large seeds. VI-VII.
