Aeonium haworthii |
Aeonium haworthii |
50 (100)cm, commonly cultivated species, although many plants with larger leaves are supposed to be of cross-breeding origin with Aeonium urbicum, with which this species shares some drier rocky locations on Tenerife in the Teno region at the Western part of the island. Very nice sub shrub of max.1m in height and 0.5m in diameter with plenty of smaller, bluish green rosettes with red margins, each about 10cm in diameter. Flowers white to yellowish green in June/July. This is the real species and may be attributed to a population in the Barranco de Los Silos at 600m. More Details » |
