Aeonium tabuliforme (Saucer Giant Houseleek)
20 (30)cm ø, Saucer Giant Houseleek from the North coastal cliffs of Tenerife, where it usually grows completely flattened to the ground. Under very dry conditions the usually bright green leaves might turn yellowish red. The very dense rosette might gain up to 30 cm in diameter and the green yellowish inflorescence reaches up to 50cm in height. Plants will die down after flowering and they can be propagated generatively by means of seeds or by leaf cuttings, which have to be taken carefully from the central part of the rosette. For any rich, well drained substrate in a partially shaded (summer) to sunny (winter) spot. In winter water plants carefully and keep at a minimum of some 10°C. VI-VII.
