100 (200)cm Michay is a showy evergreen medium sized to tall woody shrub with leathery, glossy, broadly serrated leaves, small yellowish flowers and round bluish fruits in late summer. Native of dryish rocky spots in shrub lands in Chile. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot throughout the year. In winter keep drier at a minimum of some 5°C.
