30cm Salsilla is an utmost ornamental perennial with basal leaf rosette and an upright stalk with pale purplish white lady’s slipper like flowers with dark purplish spot. Native of dryish rocky spots in montane regions in Chile. Fully winter hardy in any rich, well drained soil in a protected spot in the garden with shelter from winter wetness.
