150 (300)cm, woody sub shrub with elongated lanceolate, grayish green, densely pubescent leaves and axillary born, pale whitish blue with light pink stripes. Rare endemic of Gran Canaria and Tenerife where it occurs in rich soils in sun exposed rock crevices in the south and southwest of both islands. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot.
