2 (4)m, Fig Leafed Squash is an annual crawling vine with fig tree like leaves, intense yellow flowers and melon-like, quite large, edible fruits with a fresh green skin and white freckles. The outer white flesh is cooked or baked and served as a side-dish. In Spain the inner white string like flesh is used to make a sweet called "Cabella de Angel" (Angel's Hair).
