30 (50)cm, makes yellow flowers with reddish markings on upright stems. Native of rocky and sandy soils from the western Karoo through Cedarberg Mountains and Cold Bokkeveld. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Requires a good winter protection (i.e. dry mulch layer). Best grown in pots under frostfree conditions in a cool greenhouse or wintergarden with reduced watering and a winter minimum of some 5°C. VII-VIII.More Details »
