80 (120)cm, a semiperennial to biannual, fully hardy sage with a dense basal rosette of broad yellowish green leaves with a distinctive fragrance. It makes very tall racemes with loosely arranged lilac to reddish-violet flowers. From one of the few remaining cedar forests in Ma'asser ech Chouf (Lebanon) at some 1.850m.
