7cm, Sand Violet is a perennial, stoloniferous species with small round to heartshaped leaves in a dense rosette and smoothly hairy stems. Distinct small, rich violet blue flowers on short stems. From sandy to rocky soils throughout Central Europe, where is has become quite rare.
