Tropical Nightshades are among the most ornamental, easy to raise perennial shrubs, which are ideal for container or pot cultivation. These are robust plants with showy foliage and some have most ornamental fruits afterwards. They grow in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot with sufficient watering and fertilization in summer. Keep cooler at minimum 15°C in a sunny spot in winter with reduced watering.
