Everlasting Peas and Fetches are ornamental climbing annuals or herbaceous perennials with showy clusters of bright ink, lilac, blue, white or yellow, sometimes bicolored and fragrant flowers above pea like, feathered leaves. They make up a very diverse genus with numerous species native throughout Europe, northern Africa to eastern Asia as well as North and South America. They are easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Sow directly into the ground by the end of spring. Winding and climbing species require a climbing aid.
