Ornithogalum arabicum

30 (40)cm, (syn. Melomphis arabica) is a showy, frost tender species from the Mediterranean with most ornamental, large white flowers with a black central "eye". Easily grown in a any rich, well drained soil in pots. Keep dormant bulbs dry in winter at a minimum of some 5°C. VI-VII.
