Mentha suaveolens ssp. suaveolens (Round-leafed Mint)

100cm, Round-leafed Mint (syn. Mentha rotundifolia) makes quite large, oval, densely pubescent, fresh grayish green sweet aromatic leaves and terminal pale rose to white flower spikes. It is native of slightly moist soils near rivers and in marshes marshes from south-central Europe to East Asia. For any humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. VI-IX.
