Isotoma axillaris (Australian Harebell)

20cm, Australian Harebell is an annual floriferous species with numerous bright sky-blue to rosy-blue flower stars throughout summer above narrow filigree leaves. It is native of sunny spots in East Gippsland (Australia). Easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot in the garden. Sow in pots in spring at some 20°C, transplant to the final spot after the last freezing nights. V-VIII.
