2 (7)m, Grains of Selim Tree or Long Nose Pepper is an evergreen tall tree from Africa with oval, leathery leaves, small whitish flowers and long fruits with brownish-black, highly aromatic seeds. Seeds are used as a spice and traditional medicine in Africa. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot throughout the year. A good pot or containr plant, which might be cut back if it is getting too large. Reduce watering in winter and keep plants at a minimum of some 15°C.
