80cm, annual to semiperennial, unidentified species from the Lebanon (Jadra/Jiyé, some 12 km S of Beyrouth), growing in rocky, sunny spots. Makes ornamental silvery-grey, strongly dissected foliage and beautiful, quite large, sky blue flower balls. For a rocky soil in a protected spot in full sun. VI-VII.
