Succisa pratensis (Devil's Bit Scabious)

90 (130)cm, Devil's Bit Scabious is a tall growing, losely branching perennial with several rose blue flower heads on elegant stems above a basal leaf rosette. This Eurasian species is native of meadows and is easily grown in any humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot and has very long flowering period. VI-IX.
