Ipomoea lacunosa (Whitestar)

200 (400)cm, Whitestar or Small White Morning Glory is an annual vine with dark green, ovate to cordate or 3-lobed leaves and small, pure white, axillary flowers. The stems and leaf edges turn nicely purplish red in full sun. Ipomoea lacunosa isative of moist soils in thickets in the USA. Easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot with some climbing aid. VII-X.
