40 (70)cm, European Globeflower is a perennial with bright yellow flower globes on tall stems above large, deeply dissected leaves. From moist meadows and alongside streams throughout mountains in Europe, where it has become quite rare. Easily cultivated in any humus rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. V-VI.
