Lupinus micranthus (Small Flowered Lupine)

20 (40)cm, Small Flowered Lupine is a herbaceous perennial with rich ink blue and white flowers in short racemes above densely pubescent, grayish green leaves. It is native in rocky soils and dry meadows in the western USA from British Columbia in the North to California in the South. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny and protected spot. VI-VII.
