Lupinus littoralis (Seashore Lupine)

60 (100)cm, Seashore Lupine is a herbaceous perennial with rich blue and white flowers in short racemes above densely pubescent, grayish green leaves. It is native in sandy to rocky soils and dry meadows in western USA from British Columbia in the North to California in the South. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny and protected spot. VI-VII.
