Moraea cooperi

15 (25)cm, a smaller species with quite large, bright yellow iris like flowers on a terminally branching stem and grass-like, very thin leaves. For any rich, well drained soil. Keep preferably frostfree in winter with reduced watering and a minimum of some 5°C. Excellent in an unheated greenhouse or cold wintergarden. VII-VIII.
