Teucrium micropodioides (Cyprus Germander)

15 (25)cm, Cyprus Germander is a short, woody, evergreen perennial with narrow, densely greyish-white wooly, strongly aromatic leaves and numerous pale lilac to deep lilac flowers in globe shape flower heads. Native of dryish rocky sites on Cyprus in full sun. For any rich, well drained substrate in full sun throughout the year. Preferably keep frostfree in winter with reduced watering and a winter minimum temperature of some 5°C. Seeds from a wild collection in Parekklishia, south-western Cyprus at some 250m. IV-V.
