15cm, Short-Stalk Penstemon is a dwarf species with bluish-green leaves and rich blue-lavender flowers. Seeds from a certified wild collection in Jackson County, Oregon, USA at some 1.750m. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Excellent in a protected spot in the rock garden. VI-VIII.
