Lathyrus tingitanus (Tangier Pea)

150 (250)cm, Tangier Pea is an annual species from the western Mediterranean. It makes bluish-green leaves consisting of two leaflets each and very showy rich violet-pink flowers throughout summer. Easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. Sow directly into the ground by the end of spring. Plants require a climbing aid. VI-VIII.
