Sesbania grandiflora (Scarlet Wisteria)

2 (4)m, Scarlet Wisteria is an evergreen small tree from Southeast Asia with elegant feathered leaves and pendulous terminal clusters of large showy white, rose to reddish flowers. Flower buds are edible and used as a vegetable in various Asian dishes. Easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in a sunny spot. In winter keep plants drier at a minimum of some 15°C.
