80 (120)cm, Peruvian Coriander is a losely branching annual with strongly aromatic, dark greyish-green leaves which are used in various typical salsas in Central and South America. Porophyllum ruderale ssp. ruderale is easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in full sun. Sow in early spring at some 20°C to 27°C. Transplant to the garden towards the end of spring to early summer. In colder regions preferably grow in grow in pots in a wintergarden or greenhouse in order to induce flowering and to harvest your own seeds for future sowings. VII-IX. |
