100 (150)cm, Broadleafed Peruvian Coriander is slightly taller and later flowering than the species and has larger, strongly aromatic, light green leaves which are used in various typical salsas in Central and South America. The annual Porophyllum ruderale ssp. macrocephalum is easily grown in any rich, well drained soil in full sun. Sow in early spring at some 20°C to 27°C. Transplant to the garden towards the end of spring to early summer. In colder regions preferably grow in grow in pots in a wintergarden or greenhouse in order to induce flowering and to harvest your own seeds for future sowings. VIII-X. |
