Anemonella thalictroides (Rue Anemone)

10 (20)cm, Rue Anemone is a rarely cultivated, beautiful dwarf herbaceous perennial with a tuberous rootstock. It makes trilobed leaves with a purple tinge in a sunny spot and a terminal umbel with pure white to pale lavender rose flowers. It is native of woods and grassy slopes in North America. For any humus rich, well drained, slightly moist soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. III-IV.
