Monarda bradburiana (Bradbury's Monarda)

25 (50)cm, Bradbury's Monarda is clump-forming perennial with narrow, glossy, deep green, aromatic leaves. The dense terminal cluster consists of pale rose to white flowers with nice purplish spots. It is native of rich soils in open spots in woods in central USA (Indiana Iowa, Kansas, Alabama, Arkansas and Texas). Easily grown in a rich, well drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. V-VIII.
