15cm, Stiffleaf Penstemon a smaller species forming dense cushions with several stalks with blueish-purple flowers. For any rich, very well drained and preferably rocky to sandy soil in full sun. An excellent plant for the rock garden. Seeds from a certified wild collection in Meagher County, Montana, USA, at some 2.350m. VI-VIII.
