Thymus baeticus (Spanish Lemon Thyme )

15 (20)cm, Spanish Lemon Thyme is a perennial grouncovering species with pale rose to white flower heads and nicely aromatic leaves with an unusual lemon-minty flavor. It is native of dryish, rocky spots in southwestern Spain. For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny and protected spot. Ideal for the rock garden. VI-VIII.
