Lunaria rediviva (Perennial Silver Leaf)

50 (80)cm, Perennial Silver Leaf makes annual racemes from a perennial rootstock with terminal clusters of light pink to white flowers followed by flat, elongated egg shaped, silvery white seed capsules and arrow shaped, strongly serrated leaves. Native of open spots in woods throughout Europe. For any humus rich, preferably slightly moist, well drained soil in a sunny to partially shaded spot. V-VI.
