Opuntia ficus-indica (Common Fig Cactus)

1 (2)m, Common Fig Cactus makes large bright green leaves ("ears") with few spines, yellowish to orange-yellow flowers and very juicy and large orange to greenish-yellow fruits. For any rich, very well drained soil in a sunny spot throughut the year. Keep plants completely dry in winter at 10°C. VI-VIII.
