70 (100)cm, Prairie Coreopsis is a herbaceous perennial with light green, slightly pubescent, narrow leaves and ornamental, terminally born bright golden flowers. Native of rocky, open sites in prairies and woods from Wisconsin to Manitoba, south to Illinois and Missouri (USA). For any rich, well drained soil in a sunny position. IV-VII.
