Onosma alborosea

15 (25)cm, is a perennial with a basal blackish green leaf rosette forming dense cushions in time, and several inflorescence with showy white flowers fading to rose in early spring. Native of rocky slopes in mountains in western Asia Minor (Turkey to Syria). For any rich, very well drained soil in full sun. An excellent rock garden plant. III-IV.
