Ruta graveolens (Common Rue)

70 (120)cm, Common Rue is a perennial species with nicely bluish-green, feathered leaves and terminal umbels with pale yellow flowers. It has been widely used for its' strongly aromatic leaves. It is native of rocky sites throughout the Mediterranean. Easily cultivated in any rich, very well drained, rather rocky soil in full sun. VI-IX.
