Helleborus argutifolius (Corsican Hellebore)

30 (40)cm, Corsican Hellebore (syn. Hellebrous lividus ssp. corsicus or Helleborus corsicus) is a fully winterhardy, semi evergreen perennial from mountainous regions on the island of Corsica (France) and Sardinia (Italy). It makes serrated, slightly leathery, dark green leaves and dense inflorescences of yellowish-green flowers. Easily cultivated in any rich, well drained soil in full sun to partial shade. IV-V.
